Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy

Respectful, lawful use

Everyone who uses our services — clients, drivers, and staff — is expected to act lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and fraud are prohibited.

Advertising content standards

Campaign content must not:

• Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
• Contain hateful, obscene, deceptive, or defamatory material.
• Infringe another party's trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.
• Make false or unsubstantiated claims.

Vehicle & public conduct

Drivers must operate wrapped vehicles safely and lawfully at all times. Conduct that endangers the public or damages the reputation of Think Easy Agency or its clients may result in immediate suspension.

Enforcement

We may remove content, pause campaigns, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination.
