Client Service Agreement

Scope of services

Think Easy Agency will provide the advertising services described in your campaign proposal or order — which may include vehicle-wrap campaigns on driver vehicles, billboard placements, creative design, and reporting. The specific deliverables, markets, and term are set out in your order.

Base production fee & media

Wrap and billboard campaigns begin with a one-time production and setup base fee of $2,000, which covers creative design, print/production, and professional installation. Ongoing media (driver coverage or billboard placement) is billed separately as stated in your order. All pricing is confirmed in your order before work begins.

Creative approval

You will have the opportunity to review and approve final artwork before production. Wrap Lab mockups are for visualization only and are not final production artwork. Once you approve production files, reprints due to changes on your side may incur additional cost.

Your content & rights

You represent that you own or have the rights to the logos, images, and messaging you provide, and you grant Think Easy Agency a license to use them to produce and run your campaign. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your advertising claims.

Payment terms

Invoices are due as stated in your order. Campaigns typically require the base fee and first media payment before production begins. Late or failed payments may pause or suspend an active campaign. Recurring media continues until cancelled under the terms below.

Cancellation

You may cancel future media with the notice stated in your order. The one-time production/setup base fee is non-refundable once design or production work has begun. Amounts for media already delivered are non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Performance expectations

Impression and reach figures are good-faith estimates based on typical driving and traffic patterns, not guarantees of specific sales or results. We commit to the agreed coverage, placements, and professional delivery.
