Dispute Resolution Policy

The step-by-step path we use to resolve concerns fairly.

Version 2026-01 · Last updated January 2026

Step 1 — Raise a support ticket

Most issues are resolved quickly. Please first raise your concern through your portal's support center. This creates a clear record and routes your issue to the right person.

Step 2 — Good-faith review

We will acknowledge your ticket and work with you in good faith to understand and resolve the issue, typically within a few business days.

Step 3 — Escalation

If your ticket is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to management, who will conduct a final internal review.

Step 4 — Mediation or arbitration

If a dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing formal proceedings. The governing law and venue are those stated in your order or agreement.
