Driver Agreement

Independent contractor relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Think Easy Agency. You control your own driving schedule and routes. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

Eligibility requirements

To participate, you must and must continue to:

• Hold a valid driver's license and current vehicle registration.
• Maintain the minimum auto insurance required by your state.
• Own or have authorized use of the personal vehicle being wrapped.
• Keep the vehicle in clean, roadworthy, and presentable condition.
• Meet any minimum monthly mileage or coverage-area commitment agreed for your campaign.
• Consent that, only while you choose to start an active campaign route in the Think Easy Agency app, we record your route's start time, GPS location, and areas covered for campaign verification — never off-duty, in the background, or after you end the route.
• Premium tier only: if your vehicle is approved as Premium, or you drive a Think Easy Agency-sourced premium vehicle, you confirm you are 25+ with a clean 5-year driving record, keep full-coverage insurance (or follow the vehicle's assigned coverage), complete pre- and post-campaign photo inspections, and accept the premium pay rates set in your campaign offer.

Wrap installation & care

Regarding the vinyl wrap applied to your vehicle:

• The wrap remains the property of Think Easy Agency or its client for the campaign term.
• You agree to have it professionally installed and removed only by installers we designate.
• You will not alter, cover, cut, or add to the wrap without written approval.
• You will promptly report any damage, peeling, or fading.
• You are responsible for damage caused by neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modification.

Conduct standards

Because your wrapped vehicle represents Think Easy Agency and its clients in public, you agree to drive lawfully and courteously and to avoid conduct that could harm the brand — including reckless driving, impaired driving, or using the vehicle for unlawful purposes while wrapped.

Payment

You will be paid the campaign rate on the schedule provided when you accept a campaign, provided you meet the coverage and conduct requirements. Missed commitments may reduce or pause payment as described in your campaign terms. Payment questions should be raised promptly through the support center.

Term & termination

Either party may end participation with written notice as described in your campaign terms. Think Easy Agency may suspend or end participation immediately for safety issues, dishonesty, or breach of this agreement. On termination, you agree to make the vehicle available for professional wrap removal.

Liability & indemnification

You are responsible for your own driving and vehicle. You agree to indemnify Think Easy Agency against claims arising from your operation of the vehicle. Think Easy Agency is not responsible for traffic violations, accidents, or ordinary wear unrelated to our installation.
