Refund & Cancellation Policy

Production & setup base fee

The one-time $2,000 production and setup base fee becomes non-refundable once creative design or production work has started, because it covers real design, printing, and installation costs incurred on your behalf.

Media & recurring placements

Recurring media (driver coverage or billboard flights) can be cancelled for future cycles with the notice stated in your order. Media that has already run or been committed with vendors is non-refundable.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a campaign for reasons other than your breach, we will refund pre-paid amounts for services not yet delivered.

How to cancel

Submit a cancellation request through your client portal's support center or by emailing hello@thinkeasyagency.com. The notice period begins when we receive your request.
