By accessing Think Easy Agency's website, Wrap Lab, portals, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Our services

Think Easy Agency provides out-of-home advertising services, including vehicle-wrap campaigns delivered on the personal vehicles of vetted drivers, billboard placements, and related creative and design tools.

Wrap Lab & AI-generated designs

The Wrap Lab produces AI-generated design mockups for visualization and inspiration only. Mockups are not final production artwork, and colors, logos, and layouts may differ from the finished wrap. Final production files are prepared and approved separately.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logo, brand, or image you upload. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the services.
• Use the services to create advertising for illegal products or activities.

Intellectual property

The website, tools, and original content are owned by Think Easy Agency. You retain ownership of brand assets you provide to us, and you grant us a limited license to use them to produce and run your campaign.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Easy Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
