Sales Manager (Cold Call & Outreach)
Remote (U.S.) · South GA + North FL focus$45,000–$60,000 base per year + uncapped commission
Own new business for our vehicle wrap and billboard campaigns. You'll lead outbound cold calling, follow up on inbound leads, run the pipeline, and close deals with local businesses and regional brands — starting in South Georgia and North Florida and expanding nationwide.
What you'll do
- Run high-volume outbound cold calls and follow-ups to businesses and brands
- Qualify leads, book wrap and billboard mockup consultations, and close signed deals
- Keep a clean, accurately staged pipeline in the CRM
- Hit weekly call, appointment, and revenue targets and help shape our outreach playbook
What you'll need
- 2+ years of phone sales, cold calling, or business development with a closing track record
- Confident, resilient communicator who handles objections well
- Comfortable working a CRM and dialer daily
- Self-motivated and reliable, with the drive to eventually lead a small team
