Content Creator (In-House)
On-site & traveling · South GA + North FL home base$48,000–$60,000 per year + travel per diem + bonuses
Own Think Easy Agency's OWN brand content — not client work. This is an on-site, traveling role: you'll be on the road at campaign launches, wrap installs, billboard reveals, and events to plan, film, edit, and publish the content that grows our social channels, website, and recruiting pipeline. Travel days include a daily per diem.
What you'll do
- Travel to campaign launches, installs, billboard reveals, and events to capture content on location
- Plan and produce daily short-form video and photo content for our channels
- Grow our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook presence
- Turn team stories and campaigns into compelling brand content
- Track performance and iterate on what drives reach and applications
What you'll need
- 2+ years creating social-first content with measurable growth
- Strong on-camera and editing skills
- A sharp eye for brand voice, trends, and storytelling
- Self-starter who can own a content calendar end to end
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays
