HR Generalist
Fully remote (U.S.)$58,000–$72,000 per year + bonuses
Run people operations for a fast-growing agency and its ambassador network — hiring, onboarding, compliance, and culture — from anywhere in the U.S.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding across contractors and employees
- Maintain compliance for 1099 and W-2 workers across multiple states
- Administer benefits, PTO, and HR policies; keep records audit-ready
- Partner with leadership on culture, retention, and performance
What you'll need
- 3+ years in an HR generalist or people-ops role
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment and 1099 vs. W-2 classification
- Experience with an HRIS (BambooHR a plus)
- Excellent written communication for a fully remote team
