Sales Development Rep (Appointment Setter)
Remote (U.S.) · South GA + North FL focus$17–$22 / hr per hour + per-appointment bonus
The friendly first voice of Think Easy Agency. You'll make outbound calls, work through lead lists, and book qualified mockup consultations for the sales team. A great entry point into sales with a clear path to closer.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls and send follow-ups to work through daily lead lists
- Introduce our wrap and billboard campaigns and spark interest
- Book qualified appointments onto the sales team's calendar
- Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM
What you'll need
- Clear, upbeat phone presence and a good attitude
- Dependable and coachable — no cold-calling experience required
- Basic comfort with computers and a CRM
- Quiet space and reliable internet for remote calling
